Over here, we have quiet people. Pop Pop and Pretty are people who walk and read and knit. At our daughter's house, they have Party People! Especially since this little party-er turned ONE this month!
But it was mostly about the toys, and the cousins, and the friends who joined us!
I mean, if you're gonna get new toys, it is definitely Party Time! And he got some good ones! Of course, his mommy (and others) also cooked and baked their hearts out, as is proper for a birthday...

But when we got to the cake, let's just say that Party Boy (and his brother) had their fair share...and Pappy took picture after picture!
There was even a juggler, lol...
and giant, foam fingers! You young ladies are #1!
And now that the birthday is in our rear view, it's time to move onto the next party occasion. I think we will be at the boys' house this year, handing out candy until bedtime, yay! It's gonna be some fun, that's for sure!
